Sauna
HOW TO USE it
- Turn on 1 hour before use,
- Set the temperature dial to maximum.
- Set the second dial to 4.
NOTE
The sauna will turn off automatically afterward, or turn the second dial back to 0.
Cold plunge
"Get cold, not old."
The ideal use is to alternate between the sauna and the cold plunge two or three times: 5 to 15 minutes in the sauna, then 30 seconds to 5 minutes in the cold plunge. You can also just step in for a few seconds, just for the boost. After all, it's your home — do whatever feels right.
Tip: go for a natural cold plunge in the Seine (river) during winter.
