To turn on the outdoor lights: switches are located in the annex bedrooms, the summer kitchen, and the gym

LIGHTING UP
1. Open the plancha lid.
2. Open the gas bottle valve.
3. Turn a burner knob and press to ignite (Jetfire system — built-in piezo ignition).
If it doesn't light on the first try, wait 5 seconds before trying again.

Cooking
1. Preheat for approx. 10 min at full power.
2. Adjust heat via the burner knobs depending on what you're cooking.
3. Cook directly on the hard chrome plate (fast, even heat distribution).
Tip: the 3 burners are independent — use one zone hot and another lower at the same time.

AFTER COOKING
1. Turn off all burners (knobs to "0" / "min").
2. Close the gas bottle valve.
3. Scrape residues while still hot toward the front drip tray.
4. Empty the grease drip tray.
5. Let cool completely before replacing the lid.
