Sauna
HOW TO USE it
- Turn on 1 hour before use,
- Set the temperature dial to maximum.
- Set the second dial to 4.
NOTE
The sauna will turn off automatically afterward, or turn the second dial back to 0.
Cold plunge
"Get cold, not old."
The ideal use is to alternate between the sauna the cold plunge two or three times, with 5-15 min in the Sauna and 30 seconds to 5 min in the cold plunge. You can also just jump in 5 seconds for the kicks. It's your home, do whatever you feel like doing.
Tip: go for a natural cold plunge in the Seine (river) during winter.
