General Terms and Conditions
of Sale – Side Collection
1. Identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern reservations made on the website and booking engine operated by SIDE COLLECTION,a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,916,000,registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 943 718 932, VAT number FR57943718932,with its registered office c/o Iconic Collection, 32 avenue de Saint-Mandé, 75012 Paris,(hereinafter “Side Collection” or the “Host”).
2. Purpose
The purpose of these GTCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of serviced accommodation stays offered by Side Collection, including lodging and all related services described on the Host’s website.
3. Description of Services
Stays offered by Side Collection provide access to premium houses and serviced accommodation, including lodging, daily housekeeping, breakfast, and private access to facilities and amenities.A complete, detailed, and up-to-date description of the services, equipment, features, and amenities of each house is available on the dedicated website page:

By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges having read and understood the characteristics of the property and services as described on the website at the time of booking.
4. Réservation
Reservations are made exclusively online through Side Collection’s secure booking engine.
Payment is required at the time of booking; however, the actual charge is processed 48 hours after validation.
The reservation becomes firm and final upon the charge, i.e., 48 hours after the initial booking.
Until that time, the guest has a reflection period during which they may cancel free of charge, in accordance with the cancellation policy in Article 7.
The reservation confirmation sent by email acknowledges receipt of the request but does not constitute a final commitment before the charge.
5. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), and include tourist taxes where applicable.
Rates may fluctuate, but the amount applied is the one in effect at the time of booking.
No refund will be issued in the event of a price reduction after the reservation.
6. Security Deposit (Bank Pre-Authorization)
To cover potential damage or breaches, a €2,000 bank pre-authorization will be taken 2 days prior to arrival.
This pre-authorization:
- Is not debited,
- Does not involve any immediate financial transaction,
- Is automatically released within 7 days after departure, unless damage, theft, noise disturbances, violation of the house rules, or abnormal cleanliness issues are noted.
In case of damage or incidents, the Host may partially or fully debit the amount required for repairs, after informing the guest.
7. Cancellation & Change Policy
Free cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge within 48 hours of booking.
Modification:
The reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-modifiable. Side Collection will relist your dates and attempt to rebook the stay.If the stay is fully or partially rebooked, you will be refunded the corresponding amount. Long stays: For stays of 15 nights or more, the cancellation/modification deadline is extended to 60 days before arrival.
After this 48-hour period, you may modify your stay (dates or house) up to 30 days before arrival, subject to a €500 fee.
Arrival in less than 30 days:
The reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-modifiable.
Side Collection will relist your dates and attempt to rebook the stay.
If the stay is fully or partially rebooked, you will be refunded the corresponding amount.
Long stays:
For stays of 15 nights or more, the cancellation/modification deadline is extended to 60 days before arrival.
Transfer of stay:
You may transfer or resell your stay, subject to notifying the Side House team and communicating the name of the new guest.
Refunds:All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at booking.By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge having read and accepted this cancellation policy.
8. Occupancy Conditions
Les séjours proposés s’adressent à une clientèle particulière (séjours de loisir, vacances) et professionnelle (séminaires, retraites, comités de direction).
- La capacité maximale de la maison est fixée à 14 personnes.
- Les enfants sont acceptés sous la responsabilité exclusive des adultes accompagnants.
- Les animaux domestiques sont admis sur demande préalable et sous réserve d’acceptation.
- L’organisation d’événements (mariages, tournages, soirées, etc.) est soumise à autorisation écrite de Side Collection.
9. House Rules
Stays are intended for both private guests (leisure, holidays) and corporate guests (seminars, retreats, executive committees).
- The maximum capacity of the house is 14 people.
- Children are welcome under the full responsibility of accompanying adults.
- Pets are permitted upon prior request and subject to approval.Organizing events (weddings, filming, parties, etc.) requires written authorization from Side Collection.
10. Liability
Side Collection declines all liability in case of loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Use of the facilities (pool, sauna, dock, bicycles, etc.) is entirely at the guests’ own risk.
Parents must supervise their children around all facilities.
11. Force majeure
In the event of a force majeure incident (natural disaster, fire, widespread power outage, epidemic, administrative decision, etc.) rendering the stay impossible, amounts paid may be postponed or refunded, as applicable, without additional compensation.

Information collected during booking is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Side Collection’s registered office is located, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

Booking a stay implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
